Service Description
This training teaches RCFE leaders how to strengthen both their management skills and their leadership mindset. It uses real‑time, interactive exercises to help them understand the difference between managing tasks and leading people, and how combining both improves oversight and reduces operational risk. Participants learn how leadership behaviors—like communication and accountability—connect to management duties such as documentation and monitoring. The training also reviews required CCLD documentation, explains how deficiencies are issued, and shows how everyday decisions affect compliance. Overall, the training helps administrators recognize common oversight problems, understand how they relate to regulations, and build stronger leadership and operational practices to maintain high‑quality care.
Cancellation Policy
This service does not require you to book an online appointment, as scheduling will be coordinated verbally to ensure mutual availability and respect for time. If you decide to move forward with any service, a deposit may be requested to confirm the appointment. Upon receipt of both the completed intake form and the deposit payment, I will create a formal case file to document the status of the service and maintain a record of the work being provided.
